The 12 × 8 × 1.3 metre pool is designed to perfectly encourage relaxation, so that everyone can find something to suit their mood. Your worries will melt away as soon as you settle down on the relaxing bubble bench and then give your loins a massage with the water jets. The pool also includes a freely adjustable counter-current and a water volcano. In the adjacent whirlpool, which can accommodate up to 6 people, you will relieve your muscles and joints and generally blood your body. Did you know that a stay in the whirlpool is, among other things, a great mood lifter and has a beneficial effect not only on the body but also on the soul? Relaxation on dry land will be made more pleasant by the comfortable loungers waiting for you in the small relaxation room. You'll appreciate it even between sauna cycles.

Regular sauna use helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, promotes relaxation and better quality sleep. After several sauna cycles, muscles recover better, the mind is calmer and there is a rush of energy and deep relaxation. You can choose from three types of saunas:
Finnish sauna - The temperature in a Finnish sauna can be very high compared to a steam room - up to 100 °C. The humidity is usually very low - around 15 %.
Herbal sauna - The sauna with a temperature of 65 °C and a humidity of 45 % combines the effects of sauna and aromatherapy. It relieves muscle stiffness and heaviness, has beneficial effects on the respiratory tract and generally cleanses the body.
Turkish sauna - In the Turkish sauna, which has similar effects to a "dry" sauna, you will sweat at a temperature of around 50 °C. The humidity has a beneficial effect on the skin, providing strong blood circulation and relieving muscle tension and cramps.
Do your joints or back often hurt, and do you feel that the weight training in the fitness centre is not doing you much good? Try our pool workout! Exercising in the pool, or aqua fitness, is much gentler on the body, but it can still help strengthen your whole body. The combination of fitness elements with the resistance of water increases the flexibility of joints and tendons and improves overall fitness. Water has up to twelve times more resistance than air, but when moving, it is amazingly buoyant and relieves the spine. This makes water exercise a great choice for the elderly, people after injuries or pregnant women. Come and exercise with us individually or in a small group of up to 8 people - all ages are welcome, including children.

Take your stay in the sauna to the next level with a body peeling. The hot sauna air opens the pores and prepares the skin perfectly for the absorption of the peeling. The effect of softening, rejuvenating and cleansing the skin of dead cells is multiplied thanks to the sauna.

In our small fitness zone, you will find several types of cardio machines that are especially suitable for the initial phase of training, when you want to get rid of subcutaneous fat. Endurance exercises serve as a great complement to all sporting activities or just to warm up the body before exercising, thus preventing possible injury. The high level of exercise increases the vital capacity of the lungs and the body becomes better oxygenated.
