Spa and wellness treatments are available exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.
If you have booked a spa stay with a medical treatment program, your treatment schedule will be prepared by a doctor after the initial consultation, which takes place on the day after your arrival. In this case, it is not necessary to reserve treatments in advance.
If you would like to book individual treatments, we recommend making your reservation before your arrival. This will give you a better chance of choosing a time that suits you best.
When booking treatments during your stay, we cannot guarantee the availability of all requested times.

You'll find the hotel Olympic Palace right in the spa zone — by car, head to us via Moskevská Street.
Parking on the surrounding streets isn't possible.
Our porters will gladly take care of your car right after your arrival.
Your car can be parked in the underground garage, approximately 1,5 Km from the hotel (650 CZK per night) or at a nearby guarded car park (325 CZK per night).
On request, we'll bring your car to the main entrance at any time, usually within 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our hotel.
Olympic Palace is a spa hotel specializing in medical spa treatments and wellness stays.
To ensure maximum comfort, peace and quiet, and appropriate hygiene standards for all our guests, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Our hotel is located right in the centre of Karlovy Vary and the main Mill Colonnade can be reached by stairs leading from the hotel entrance in two minutes. If you prefer even more convenience, there is a public elevator, which stops about 100 meters from the hotel and takes you directly to the Market Colonnade.
We'd be delighted to make your celebration something special.
Just let us know in advance and we'll prepare everything.
In your room we can have chilled prosecco, a fruit bowl, a cake or flowers with a greeting card waiting for you.
We will gladly reserve a dinner in the restaurant, and treat the celebrant to relaxation in the wellness centre or tailor-made spa and beauty treatments.
